This is very common and simple for computer user but its an important way to protect your PC more because most of the virus come and attack your PC by Auto play system and they get permit without security to enter your computer and may be on damage your system.

To protect this system we been discussed a simple method here, please follow this below

 

At first Click Start > Run > gpedit.msc > Enter 

 

Now you have to select up computer configuration > Administrative templates > System 

Now you have to look up on right Turn off Auto play . Please double click here and Enable this system and select for all drives then OK

Now you have to enjoy to off autoplay system.
